Cancellation Policy

01 Appointment Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Methods

No-Show Policy

  • Consequences: Clients who miss their scheduled appointments without providing 4 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • Cancellation Fee: A cancellation fee of 50% of scheduled services may be charged to the client's account.
  • Exceptions for Health Reasons: In cases of illness or unforeseen medical emergencies, clients may be exempt from the cancellation fee.
  • Documentation Requirements: To be considered for an exception, clients must provide verifiable documentation such as a doctor's note or a similar medical document within 5 days of the missed appointment.

02 Behavior Policy

Respect for Others

  • Quiet Zones: Please maintain a low volume in designated quiet areas to respect the relaxation of others.
  • Personal Conduct: Refrain from using offensive language, disruptive behavior, or any actions that may make others feel uncomfortable.
  • Respect for the Facility Cleanliness: Please dispose of trash in designated bins and leave shared spaces as you find them.
  • Property Use: Handle all equipment, furniture, and amenities with care. Guests will be held responsible for any damages caused by misuse.
  • Health and Safety Health Disclosures: Notify staff of any medical conditions or special needs before using facilities or services.
  • Substance Use: The use of alcohol, tobacco, or recreational drugs on the premises is prohibited unless explicitly allowed during specific events.

Respect for Staff

  • Follow the guidance of staff members at all times. They are here to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all.
  • Any harassment or inappropriate behavior toward staff or other guests will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the premises.
  • Guests of Members: Guests must adhere to the same behavior policies and remain accompanied by their host member unless otherwise specified.
